The voter signs up once, and the Ride to the Polls team takes it from there. The team finds the voter’s polling location, provides the relevant polling hours, and coordinates a white-glove trip to the polls and back home, removing the hassle and uncertainty from Election Day transportation.

It helps to check your voter registration and plan to vote before you book. Both steps come first below, followed by pickup notes for Main Street, Academy Avenue and the rest of Atkinson.

What Does Atkinson’s One-Call Service Cover?

Which ride you get comes down to your age. Atkinson riders aged 55 and up are picked up at the door by a trained driver and taken to the polling place.

Atkinson riders under 55 receive a free Uber voucher for the trip instead. Book a few days before November 3 so dispatch has time to arrange it.

Plenty of Atkinson homes have a rider on each side of 55, like a retired couple with a son home from school. Name everyone on one call to 833-603-8683, and dispatch will say which option each rider has.

You pay for neither option; the driver ride and the voucher both cost nothing.
