The voter only needs to sign up once. Ride to the Polls takes it from there by helping identify the voter’s polling location, providing the relevant polling-location hours, confirming the transportation track, and organizing the trip to the polls and back home.

The service is designed as a white-glove voting experience that removes the hassle and uncertainty of arranging Election Day transportation. Although voters 55 and over are the primary audience and receive black car service with a trained driver, free transportation is available to voters of every age through the two ride tracks.

What Does One Call Arrange for a Hampton Voter?

Where Do Hampton Voters Go in Rockingham County?

Ride to the Polls provides two free transportation tracks. The voter’s age determines which track applies.

Door-to-door rides for voters 55 and over

A Hampton voter who is 55 or older gets a free door-to-door ride with a trained private driver. The arrangement can be coordinated by telephone and does not require an Uber account.

The New Hampshire private-driver guide explains what riders should expect.

Uber vouchers for voters under 55

A Hampton voter under 55 gets a free Uber voucher. The rider should review the supplied instructions, confirm access to the app, and check the pickup and destination addresses before requesting the vehicle.

How Does Age Shape the Hampton Ride?

A complete street address may still leave several possible places for a vehicle to stop. Hotels, condominium buildings, apartment communities, senior residences, and commercial properties can have separate lobbies, parking areas, and service entrances.

Tell dispatch the property name and the door, driveway, or passenger area where the voter will wait. Include a unit, room, or building number when it helps identify the correct location.

Mention a gate, call box, parking restriction, road closure, hard-to-see number, or incorrect map pin before transportation is confirmed. Select a meeting point that allows the vehicle to stop without blocking traffic.

Give the Hampton Driver One Clear Meeting Point

Hampton Beach and Ocean Boulevard present transportation conditions that differ from inland neighborhoods. Seasonal properties, changing traffic, limited curb space, and closely placed entrances can make it harder for the rider and driver to find each other.

Meeting the vehicle in Hampton Beach

A Hampton Beach request should include the hotel, rental property, condominium, or multiunit building name along with the street address. Add the room, unit, or building identifier when appropriate.

State whether the voter will wait at a lobby entrance, parking lot, driveway, or another safe passenger area. Review the town name and ZIP code before submitting the request because mapping systems may display beach-area addresses differently.

Avoid selecting a curb beside moving traffic as the meeting point. Dispatch should know where the vehicle can pull over safely.

Selecting a stop near Ocean Boulevard

Some Ocean Boulevard properties have little space directly in front of the building. A side street, private parking area, driveway, or lobby entrance may work better, but dispatch must include that location in the confirmed arrangement.

Traffic patterns may change because of weather, construction, events, or ordinary coastal activity. Do not move to the next block or another entrance without calling dispatch. Even a short relocation can prevent the driver from finding the rider.

Preparing an inland Hampton pickup

For addresses near Lafayette Road, Route 101, or Interstate 95, identify the driveway or parking area the vehicle should use. Businesses and residential properties along busy routes may be easier to recognize by property name than by street number.

Leave enough time for highway or local traffic between the pickup address and the assigned polling place.

What Makes a Hampton Beach Pickup Different?

Prepare the trip details before calling or opening the form.

Dispatch will need:

– The voter’s full name and age

– A working telephone number

– The complete Hampton pickup address

– The polling-place name and address from the official lookup

– The preferred departure time

– The exact entrance or meeting point

– Relevant mobility or communication information

– The name of any companion

– Confirmation that transportation home is needed

Keep the submitted telephone number available because dispatch may need to clarify an entrance, destination, or timing concern.

If another person is arranging the transportation, use the voter’s information and explain who should receive confirmation.

What Information Belongs in a Hampton Request?

1. Call 833-603-8683 or use the online request form to provide the voter’s contact information, Hampton pickup point, official polling destination, and return-trip needs.

2. Dispatch reviews the request, confirms the arrangement, and assigns the private-driver or Uber-voucher track.

3. On Election Day, the confirmed driver arrives or the voter follows the supplied voucher instructions.

Submit one request for each rider unless dispatch asks for another form. Multiple submissions can create conflicting pickup, destination, or timing records.

Call 833-603-8683 when an existing Hampton request needs to be changed.

How Do You Start a Hampton Ride Request?

Sending the form begins the request process. The transportation is confirmed only after dispatch supplies the approved trip details.

When Does the Hampton Ride Become Confirmed?

Include transportation home when making the initial request. The voter should know where to meet the return vehicle and what to do if voting takes longer than expected.

A private-driver rider should follow the return directions included in the confirmation. An Uber-voucher rider should keep the information needed to request the second part of the trip.

If a long line or another delay changes the plan, call 833-603-8683. The Election Day Ride Timeline explains how to report delays, cancellations, and revised pickup information.

Build the Return Journey Into the Hampton Plan

A relative, spouse, caregiver, friend, or neighbor may coordinate transportation with the voter’s knowledge. The request should contain the rider’s information rather than the coordinator’s personal details.

State whether dispatch should contact the voter, the coordinator, or both. Before pickup, make sure the rider knows the meeting point, polling destination, transportation track, timing, and return process.

When a Trusted Person Coordinates the Hampton Ride

Keep the complete confirmation accessible on November 3.

A private-driver rider should compare the arriving driver and vehicle with the information provided by Ride to the Polls. Do not enter a vehicle when the details differ. Contact dispatch and wait for clarification.

An Uber-voucher rider should complete the same check using the information displayed in the app. Report changes to the pickup address, polling destination, companion, or schedule before relying on them.
