The voter only needs to sign up once. Ride to the Polls takes it from there by helping find the voter’s polling location, providing the relevant polling-location hours, confirming the transportation track, and arranging the trip to the polls and back home.

The service creates a white-glove voting experience that removes the hassle and uncertainty of Election Day transportation. Voters 55 and over are the primary audience and receive black car service, but free transportation is available to voters of every age through the two ride tracks.

Which Transportation Track Serves the Hooksett Rider?

A street address identifies the property, but dispatch also needs to know how the vehicle will reach the rider.

1. Name the property

Identify the house, apartment community, senior residence, workplace, hotel, or public building. Add the property name when it appears on signs or navigation services.

2. Select the entrance

State which driveway, lobby, door, parking area, or passenger zone the rider will use. Include a building or unit number when applicable.

3. Explain access

Tell dispatch about a gate, call box, internal road, shared driveway, construction area, or turn that may be difficult to see.

4. Provide a reachable contact

Use a telephone number that will be answered near the pickup time. If cellular service is unreliable, explain how dispatch should communicate with the rider or coordinator.

Break the Hooksett Pickup Into Four Useful Details

Prepare the complete trip details before contacting Ride to the Polls.

Provide:

– The voter’s full name and age

– A working telephone number

– The complete Hooksett pickup address

– The polling-place name and address from the official lookup

– The preferred departure time

– The exact entrance or meeting point

– Relevant mobility or communication information

– The name of any companion

– Confirmation that transportation home is needed

Mention a service animal, mobility aid, access concern, or communication need when it affects the trip.

A preferred departure time becomes part of the transportation plan only after dispatch confirms it.

What Information Should a Hooksett Rider Gather?

1. Call 833-603-8683 or submit online request form with the voter’s contact information, Hooksett pickup point, official polling destination, and return-trip needs.

2. Dispatch reviews the details, confirms the transportation, and assigns the private-driver or Uber-voucher track.

3. On November 3, the confirmed driver arrives or the voter follows the supplied voucher instructions.

Submitting the form begins the review but does not reserve transportation. Wait for confirmation before relying on the ride.

Do not send another form simply because confirmation has not arrived. Call 833-603-8683 to ask about or update the existing request.

How Does a Hooksett Request Become an Election Day Ride?

A submitted request tells Ride to the Polls that transportation is needed. Confirmation establishes the actual arrangement.

Review the final information for:

– The voter’s name and telephone number

– The Hooksett pickup address

– The approved entrance

– The official polling destination

– The assigned transportation track

– The pickup time or arrival window

– Companion and mobility details

– The return-trip instructions

A private-driver rider should also receive information for identifying the person and vehicle. If those details do not match, remain outside the vehicle and call dispatch.

An Uber-voucher rider should keep the voucher instructions and compare the arriving vehicle with the information shown in the app.

What Changes When Dispatch Confirms the Trip?

Include transportation home in the initial request. The rider should understand what happens after voting and where the return vehicle will meet them.

Private-driver and Uber-voucher trips use different return procedures. Follow the instructions attached to the confirmed track.

If voting takes longer than expected, call 833-603-8683. Do not assume that the driver or rideshare service knows about the delay.

The Election Day Ride Timeline explains how delays, changes, and cancellations are handled.

Plan the Hooksett Return Before Leaving Home

A relative, spouse, caregiver, friend, or neighbor may assist with the voter’s knowledge. The request should be filed under the rider’s name.

The coordinator should give dispatch accurate pickup and destination information, explain who should receive updates, and pass the confirmed instructions to the voter.

Can a Trusted Person Coordinate the Hooksett Ride?

Check the official polling destination again before Election Day. Review the meeting point, confirmed time, transportation track, and return instructions.

The rider should be ready at the approved entrance with mobility equipment and personal belongings. Keep 833-603-8683 accessible in case the vehicle is delayed or the identifying details do not match.
