The service is available to all voters, with a primary focus on voters 55 and over. One call starts the white-glove process: the voter signs up, and the Ride to the Polls team takes it from there by finding the polling location, providing the relevant polling hours, and coordinating the ride to remove the hassle and uncertainty of Election Day transportation.

Call 833-603-8683 or submit the form at Request Your Free Ride Online. Have these details ready:

Voter’s full name and age

Telephone number for confirmation

Complete Raymond pickup address

Building, unit, or entrance information

Iber Holmes Gove Middle School as the confirmed destination

Preferred pickup time

Mobility or communication needs

Name of any companion

Address for the return trip

A preferred time helps dispatch review the request, but it is not a scheduled appointment until an arrival window is confirmed.

Keep the telephone available after submitting the form. A question about the driveway, building entrance, or return address may need to be resolved before the ride can be approved.

Make mobility and communication part of the route

A spouse, adult child, caregiver, friend, or neighbor may request transportation for a Raymond voter. The voter should know that the information is being submitted.

The request must identify the voter as the rider. Tell dispatch whether the voter or coordinator should receive confirmation.
