The Lakes Region coverage list for this page includes Laconia, Gilford, Meredith, Wolfeboro, Alton, Belmont, Franklin and Plymouth.

Because these communities extend across several counties and include city, village, lakefront and rural settings, pickup arrangements can differ from one town to another. Use the individual town page where available for local pickup notes.

Laconia

Laconia voters should use the local Ride to the Polls page for city and ward-related transportation details. Confirm your own polling destination before submitting the ride request.

Gilford

Gilford includes developed areas as well as lake-area and more rural roads. Give dispatch the physical address where you will actually wait and use the Gilford town page for local pickup information.

Meredith

Meredith voters may be requesting transportation from the village area, a lake-area property or an outlying road. Provide the exact pickup point instead of only a property, neighborhood or lake name.

Alton

Alton includes village, Alton Bay, lake-area and rural pickup conditions. Use the Alton page for additional guidance and wait for dispatch to confirm the address.

Belmont

Belmont voters can use the town page for booking and trip-planning information. A complete physical address helps dispatch review the pickup request accurately.

Carroll County

Wolfeboro

Wolfeboro includes the village center, lake-area neighborhoods and rural roads. The town page provides additional guidance for those different pickup settings.

Submit the actual pickup address and follow the arrangement Ride to the Polls confirms.

Merrimack County

Franklin

Franklin voters should use the local page for ward-related transportation information.

Do not assume that another Franklin voter’s polling destination applies to you. Confirm the polling place connected with your own voter information before giving the destination to dispatch.

Grafton County

Plymouth

Plymouth voters can use the town page for both town-center and rural pickup information.

Plymouth State University students should use the separate campus page when requesting transportation connected with the university.
