The voter signs up once, and the Ride to the Polls team takes it from there. The team finds the voter’s polling location, provides the relevant polling hours, and coordinates a white-glove trip to the polls and back home, removing the hassle and uncertainty from Election Day transportation.

Before you book, take a few minutes to check your voter registration and make a plan to vote. Both steps are covered below, along with pickup notes for every part of Plaistow.

What Can One Call Handle for a Plaistow Voter?

Ride to the Polls sorts Plaistow riders by age. If you are 55 or older, a trained driver meets you at your own door and takes you to your polling place.

If you are under 55, dispatch sets you up with a free Uber voucher for the trip. Booking a few days ahead gives dispatch time to have your voucher ready before November 3.

If a Plaistow household has riders in both age groups, such as grandparents and a grandchild voting for the first time, list everyone on one call to 833-603-8683. Dispatch will confirm each rider’s track.

First-time voters in Plaistow, including recent Timberlane Regional High School graduates, book the same way as everyone else. Anyone under 55 is on the voucher track, and the SOS lookup is the place to confirm your registration before your first election.

You pay nothing either way. The door-to-door ride is free, and the voucher is free.

Two Free Ride Options for Plaistow Voters

The Town of Plaistow lists one polling place for the whole town: the Plaistow Fish & Game Club, 18 May Ray Avenue, Plaistow, NH 03865, in Rockingham County. The club was the polling place for both the March 10, 2026 town and school election and the September 8, 2026 state primary.

Check the official page before you book: confirm your November 3 polling place with the NH Secretary of State voter lookup and the Plaistow Town Clerk voter information page. If either one shows a different location, give dispatch that address.

One common mix-up: Town Hall at 145 Main Street is where the Town Clerk works, but it is not where Plaistow votes. Make sure your ride request names the Fish & Game Club, or whatever location the SOS lookup shows for you.

Plaistow’s Polling Place: The Fish & Game Club, Rockingham County

Registration and a ride are two separate things. Ride to the Polls gets you to your polling place; your voter registration is handled by the town and the state.

Start with Register to Vote for voter registration information and resources. The NH Secretary of State voter lookup also shows whether you are registered and where your polling place is, so it is worth checking before you call dispatch.

For local registration questions, the Plaistow Town Clerk’s office is at Town Hall, 145 Main Street. The Supervisors of the Checklist keep the town’s voter list, and the town posts registration notices on its website ahead of each election.

Check your registration if anything has changed since you last voted: a move within Plaistow, a move from Atkinson or Haverhill, or a name change. Check the official page for what you need, since registration details are set by the state and the town.

A confirmed ride is not a confirmation of your registration, and dispatch cannot answer registration questions. Take those to the Town Clerk or the Secretary of State.

Plaistow Voter Registration: Where to Look and Who to Ask

A plan to vote covers when you will go, how you will get there and what you want to have ready. You can make a plan to vote in a few minutes, and your Ride to the Polls booking becomes the “how you will get there” part.

If a work shift, a medical appointment or school pickup rules out part of November 3, mention it when you book so dispatch knows.

Put your confirmation, the Fish & Game Club address and the dispatch number in the same place, whether that is your phone, a calendar or a note on the fridge.

Dispatch confirms your ride and tells you your track: a private driver or an Uber voucher.

On November 3 you get your driver’s name and vehicle, or your voucher.

If you do not hear back, or if your address, phone number or polling place changes, call 833-603-8683 or update your request at Request Your Free Ride Online.

Booking a Plaistow Ride, Step by Step

Route 125, known in town as Plaistow Road, is Plaistow’s main commercial road, lined with local businesses and large chain stores. It is known for heavy traffic at weekday commute times and on weekends.

If you live off Route 125, give your full house number and side street rather than “behind the plaza” or the name of a store. A precise address saves your driver from circling a busy shopping strip.

Plaistow sits right on the Massachusetts line. Route 125 continues south into Haverhill, and Interstate 495 crosses about two miles south of the town center. If your home is close to the border, make sure your request reads Plaistow, NH 03865, so a navigation app does not send the driver to Haverhill.

Pickups Near Route 125 and the Massachusetts Line

Route 121A runs through the center of town as Main Street and crosses Route 125 north of the center. Town Hall, built in 1895, stands on Main Street, and its lawn is where the town holds Old Home Day, so it is a landmark almost every Plaistow driver knows.

Westville is Plaistow’s named village. The state park and ride on Westville Road, just east of Route 125, is a useful reference point if your street is nearby.

On the west side of town, NH 121 starts at the Massachusetts line as Atkinson Depot Road and heads toward Atkinson. If you live along it, give dispatch the nearest cross street.

Plaistow covers about 10.6 square miles and had 7,830 residents in 2020, so most trips to the polling place are short. The details that slow a pickup down are building numbers, unit numbers and shared driveways, so include all three if they apply to you.

Main Street, Westville and Other Plaistow Neighborhoods

A family member, caregiver or neighbor can call 833-603-8683 for a Plaistow voter. Give the voter’s own name, phone number, pickup address and polling place, and let the voter know when dispatch confirms the ride.

This comes up often when an adult child in Massachusetts arranges a ride for a parent in Plaistow. Use the parent’s Plaistow address and a phone number the parent will answer, not your own.

Calling on Behalf of Another Plaistow Voter

A few days out, compare your confirmation with your pickup address and phone number, and call 833-603-8683 if anything has changed.

Run the SOS lookup one more time that week to make sure your polling place has not moved and your registration shows as you expect.

On Election Day morning, wait where you told dispatch you would be. November mornings in southern New Hampshire start dark, and a porch light makes a Plaistow house much easier to pick out from the street.
