The voter signs up once, and the Ride to the Polls team takes it from there. The team finds the voter’s polling location, provides the relevant polling hours, and coordinates a white-glove ride to Plymouth Elementary School and back home, removing the hassle and uncertainty from Election Day transportation.

Registration and a plan to vote come first. Both are covered below, with pickup notes for downtown, the river valleys and Plymouth’s outlying roads.

What Can One Plymouth Call Coordinate From Valley to Hills?

The Town of Plymouth’s election notice lists Plymouth Elementary School, 43 Old Ward Bridge Road, Plymouth, NH 03264, in Grafton County, as the town’s polling place.

Before booking, check the official page: search the NH Secretary of State voter lookup and read the Town of Plymouth election notice. Whatever location they give for your address is the one dispatch needs.

Plymouth Regional High School sits on the same road at 86 Old Ward Bridge Road. Make sure your booking names the elementary school at number 43, so the driver does not head to the wrong campus.

Old Ward Bridge Road runs out from the edge of downtown, so the trip is short from Main Street but longer from West Plymouth or the hill roads. Booking early gives dispatch room to plan for the distance.

Your age decides your ride. Plymouth voters who are 55 or older are picked up at home by a trained driver and taken to the elementary school. For voters younger than 55, the ride comes as a free Uber voucher. Plymouth stretches from the river valleys into the hills, so booking a few days ahead gives dispatch time to arrange it.

If someone at your address is on the other side of 55, one call to 833-603-8683 covers you both, and dispatch confirms each person’s ride.

No one pays for either ride; the driver and the voucher are both free.

Plymouth’s free rides by age: driver or Uber voucher

Registration and your ride are separate. Ride to the Polls looks after getting you there, and Plymouth’s Town Clerk and the state look after the voter checklist.

Register to Vote is the starting point for voter registration information and resources. Then look yourself up on the NH Secretary of State voter lookup to see your registration and your polling place.

Locally, the Plymouth Town Clerk at Town Hall, 6 Post Office Square, handles voter registration, and the Supervisors of the Checklist keep the voter list and hold sessions before elections.

Recheck your registration if you moved to Plymouth from Holderness, Campton, Rumney or elsewhere, moved within town, changed your name, or are voting in Plymouth for the first time. For general background, read voting requirements and rules in New Hampshire, then check the official page for what applies to you.

Questions about your voter record belong with the Town Clerk or the Secretary of State; a booked ride does not check registration.

A plan to vote covers timing, travel and anything you need to bring. Make a plan to vote and let your ride take care of the travel.

If a class, a shift or an appointment fills part of November 3, mention it when you book.

Keep your confirmation, the Old Ward Bridge Road address and the dispatch number together, on your phone or by the door.

Reserve through 833-603-8683 or Request Your Free Ride Online, giving your name, phone number, Plymouth pickup address and polling place.

Dispatch confirms and lets you know whether a private driver or an Uber voucher is yours.

By November 3, the driver’s name and vehicle, or the voucher, is in your hands.

If you have not heard back, or your details change, reach dispatch again through [phone] or [request link].

Reserving a Plymouth ride in three steps

Plymouth’s downtown gathers around Main Street and the town common, close to Plymouth State University. Apartments, houses split into units and buildings with side or rear doors are common.

Give your full street address and unit number, and say which door you will use. A landmark near the common helps a driver picture your block, but the ride starts at your own door.

If you live in an apartment building with several entrances or a shared lot, tell dispatch exactly where to meet you, and do not switch spots after your ride is confirmed without calling first.

Plymouth State University students and staff who are registered in Plymouth can book like any other Plymouth voter. Give the building name and entrance along with the street address, since campus buildings can share one address.

The town common, Main Street and campus-area pickups

Plymouth sits where the Baker River joins the Pemigewasset, with Interstate 93 running along the valley. U.S. Route 3 follows the Pemigewasset through town, and NH Route 25 heads west through West Plymouth along the Baker River.

If you live along Route 3 or Route 25, give your house number and the nearest side road, not just the route number or a business name. Homes on these roads can sit back from traffic, so describe where the car can pull in safely.

Near the Interstate 93 exits, traffic from the highway can make turning in and out tricky. If you live near an exit ramp, name a side road or driveway where the driver can stop without blocking traffic.

Along the Pemigewasset and Baker rivers, and Routes 3 and 25

Beyond the valleys, Plymouth’s roads climb into the hills, and many homes sit on long driveways or quieter back roads.

Up in the hills, tell dispatch your full street address, which road you turn off, and something a driver will spot, such as a painted mailbox or a stone wall. If your house is set among several buildings, describe where you will wait.

If you pick up mail at a post office box, give dispatch the street address where you live. Coverage for your address is confirmed when you book, so request early from a hill road.

Hill roads and outlying Plymouth addresses

A relative, caregiver or neighbor can reserve a ride for you at 833-603-8683. The caller gives your name, your phone number, your Plymouth pickup address and your polling place, and tells you once it is confirmed.

A daughter in Manchester booking for her father out on Route 25 should give his house number, the side road nearest him and the phone he picks up.

Having someone else book for a Plymouth voter

A few days out, make sure your confirmation shows the right pickup address and phone number, and reach dispatch through 833-603-8683 if anything needs fixing.

Search the SOS lookup one final time. Why polling place information changes in New Hampshire explains why it is worth checking even if you have voted in Plymouth before.

On Election Day, be ready at your booked pickup spot. River-valley fog and early November darkness can hide house numbers, so turn on an outside light.

If you no longer need your ride, tell dispatch so another Plymouth voter can have the seat.
