Dispatch needs a limited amount of information to arrange your ride:

What information does Ride to the Polls collect?

An assigned private driver receives the rider’s first name, pickup address, and pickup time. This gives the driver the practical information needed to complete the assignment.

Before entering the vehicle, compare the driver’s first name and vehicle description with your confirmation. Read Driver Safety: How to Verify Your Ride-to-the-Polls Driver for the complete verification steps.

What information does the driver receive?

– Call dispatch or submit the form at tpaction.com/ride with your name, phone, pickup address and polling place.

– Dispatch confirms your ride and your track (private driver or Uber voucher), along with your polling location and its hours.

– On Election Day you get your driver’s name and vehicle, or your voucher.
