The voter signs up once, and the Ride to the Polls team takes it from there. The team finds the voter’s polling location, provides the relevant polling hours, and coordinates a white-glove trip to the polls and back home, removing the hassle and uncertainty from Election Day transportation.

Two quick checks make booking easier: confirm your voter registration and make a plan to vote. Both are covered below, followed by pickup notes for Rindge Center, the lake roads and the villages.

What Can One Call Arrange for a Rindge Voter?

Your age places you on one of two tracks. Rindge voters 55 or older ride with a trained driver who comes to the house and drives them straight to the polling place.

Voters in Rindge who are under 55 receive a free Uber voucher instead. Rindge is a rural town on the Massachusetts line, so booking several days before November 3 gives dispatch time to arrange your voucher.

A Rindge household might include a retired couple and a grown child, or a parent and a college student home for the week. Put every rider on the same call to 833-603-8683, and dispatch will confirm which track each person is on.

Neither track has a fee; you pay nothing for the driver and nothing for the voucher.

The Town of Rindge says all elections for Rindge voters are held at the Rindge Memorial School Gymnasium, 58 School Street, Rindge, NH 03461, in Cheshire County. The town’s state and national elections page lists the same school for the November 3, 2026 General Election.

Before booking, check the official page: look up your polling place on the NH Secretary of State voter lookup and on the Town of Rindge Elections page. If either shows a different location for you, give dispatch that address.

Rindge has one polling place for the whole town, so every ride request should name the Memorial School unless the SOS lookup tells you otherwise. The Town Office on Payson Hill Road is where the Town Clerk works, but it is not where Rindge votes.

Booking a ride and registering to vote are separate jobs. Ride to the Polls takes care of the ride; the Town of Rindge and the State of New Hampshire take care of voter registration.

For voter registration information and resources, start at Register to Vote. The NH Secretary of State voter lookup then shows whether you are registered and where you vote, which is the quickest way to check before calling dispatch.

Locally, the Rindge Town Clerk works from the Town Office at 30 Payson Hill Road, and the Supervisors of the Checklist keep the town’s voter list. The town’s Elections page posts registration notices before each election.

Look at your registration again if something has changed: a move to a new Rindge address, a move from Jaffrey or across the state line, a name change, or a first election. Registration requirements come from the state and the town, so check the official page for what applies to you.

Franklin Pierce University students who live in Rindge should also check the official page for how registration works in their situation before booking a ride.

Dispatch cannot answer registration questions, and a confirmed ride does not confirm your registration. Take those questions to the Town Clerk or the Secretary of State.

A plan to vote settles when you will go, how you will get there and what you want to have with you. Take a few minutes to make a plan to vote, and let your Ride to the Polls booking be the travel part of it.

If a shift at work, a class schedule or an appointment blocks part of November 3, tell dispatch when you book.

Keep your confirmation, the Memorial School address and the dispatch number together, whether on your phone, a calendar or a note by the door.

Putting your Rindge plan to vote together

Phone 833-603-8683 or go to Request Your Free Ride Online and give your name, phone number, Rindge pickup address and polling place.

Dispatch confirms the ride and tells you whether you will have a private driver or an Uber voucher.

On Election Day, you receive the driver’s name and vehicle, or your voucher.

If you do not hear back, or if your address, phone number or polling place changes, phone 833-603-8683 or update the request at Request Your Free Ride Online.

Booking your Rindge ride in three steps

Rindge Public Works maintains about 64 miles of Class 5 town roads, of which roughly 55 miles are paved and 9 miles are gravel. Homes on the gravel stretches can be hard to find, especially where house numbers sit back from the road.

Give dispatch your full physical address, the nearest paved road you turn off, and one landmark such as a mailbox, a gate or a sign. If your mailing address is a post office box or differs from where you will be picked up, give the physical address.

Dispatch confirms coverage for your address when you book, so request early if you live on a gravel road or near the town line.

Gravel roads and long driveways across Rindge

About 2.7 of Rindge’s 39.8 square miles are water. Homes around Pearly Pond, Pool Pond, Contoocook Lake and Lake Monomonac often sit on narrow lake roads with several camps sharing one entrance.

If you live on a lake road, give your camp or cottage number, the name of the shared drive, and which side of the lake you are on. A converted seasonal home that you now live in year round should be booked under its full street address.

Lake Monomonac straddles the Massachusetts border, and some roads in South and East Rindge run close to Winchendon. Make sure your request reads Rindge, NH 03461, so a navigation app does not route your driver into Massachusetts.

Lake roads, seasonal cottages and the Massachusetts line

US Route 202 and NH Route 119 are Rindge’s main roads, with Jaffrey to the north and Winchendon, Massachusetts, to the south. If you live on or just off either route, give your house number rather than a nearby business name.

Rindge Center, East Rindge, West Rindge and Converseville are the town’s villages. Naming your village when you call helps dispatch picture the trip before looking up the address.

Franklin Pierce University, which overlooks Pearly Pond, and the Cathedral of the Pines on Hale Hill Road are landmarks almost any local driver knows. Use them to describe where your road is, not as a pickup spot.

Polling places can change between elections. Read why polling place information changes in New Hampshire and voting near me and local locations in New Hampshire, then check the official page for Rindge.

Rindge Center, Route 202 and Route 119

A relative, caregiver or neighbor can phone 833-603-8683 for a Rindge voter. The caller should give the voter’s name, phone number, pickup address and polling place, and tell the voter once dispatch confirms the ride.

If a family member in Keene or Massachusetts is booking for a parent in Rindge, they should use the parent’s Rindge address, lake or gravel-road directions and a phone number the parent actually answers.

When someone else books for a Rindge voter

Early that week, make sure your confirmation shows the right pickup address and phone number, and phone 833-603-8683 if anything is different.

Look up your polling place and registration on the SOS lookup one last time in case anything has changed.

On Election Day, wait at the spot you described to dispatch. Rindge sits high in the Monadnock hills, where early November mornings can be dark and frosty, so leave an outside light on.
