The voter signs up once, and the Ride to the Polls team takes it from there. The team finds the voter’s polling location, provides the relevant polling hours, and coordinates a white-glove trip to the polls and back home, removing the hassle and uncertainty from Election Day transportation.

Before you reach out, confirm your voter registration and plan to vote. Both steps are laid out below, along with pickup notes for Stratham’s neighborhoods, back roads and busy state routes.

What Does One Call Set in Motion for Stratham?

Your age decides which option you get. A Stratham voter who is 55 or older is met at home by a trained driver and brought to the polling place.

A Stratham voter under 55 is issued a free Uber voucher for the trip. Getting your request in several days before November 3 gives dispatch time to set it up.

Stratham families often include voters on both sides of 55, such as parents and an adult daughter back from college. One call to 833-603-8683 can cover everyone, and dispatch will confirm which option each person has.

Both options are free: there is no charge for the driver and no charge for the voucher.

Two Ride Options for Stratham Voters, Set by Age

The Town of Stratham holds town and state elections at Stratham Memorial School, 39 Gifford Farm Road, Stratham, NH 03885, in Rockingham County. The school was also the polling place for the September 8, 2026 state primary.

Stratham Memorial School is the town’s only public school, so most Stratham families already know the way to Gifford Farm Road, and most local drivers do too.

Check the official page before you book: confirm your polling place on the NH Secretary of State voter lookup and the Town of Stratham Voting & Election Information page. If either lists a different place for you, give dispatch that address.

Stratham has one polling place for the whole town. The Municipal Center on Bunker Hill Avenue is where the Town Clerk works, but voting happens at the school on Gifford Farm Road.

Registration and your ride are handled separately. Ride to the Polls arranges the ride; the Town of Stratham and the State of New Hampshire manage voter registration.

The Register to Vote page is the place to start for voter registration information and resources. The NH Secretary of State voter lookup then shows whether you are registered and where your polling place is.

In Stratham, the Town Clerk & Tax Collector’s office at the Municipal Center, 10 Bunker Hill Avenue, handles local voter registration. The Supervisors of the Checklist also hold registration sessions before elections, and the town posts those dates at the Municipal Center and on its website.

Recheck your registration if you have moved into Stratham from Exeter, Greenland or elsewhere, moved within town, changed your name, or are voting for the first time. The state and town set the requirements, so check the official page for what applies to you.

For background, read voting requirements and rules in New Hampshire, then confirm the current details with the official source.

Dispatch cannot settle registration questions, and a confirmed ride is not proof that you are registered. Direct those to the Stratham Town Clerk or the NH Secretary of State.

Your plan to vote covers when you will vote, how you will get there and what you will have ready. Use the plan to vote tool and let your ride be the travel part of the plan.

If work, school drop-off or an appointment rules out part of November 3, tell dispatch when you call.

Keep your confirmation, the Gifford Farm Road address and the dispatch number in one place, on your phone or on the fridge.

Reach dispatch at 833-603-8683 or Request Your Free Ride Online with your name, phone number, Stratham pickup address and polling place.

Dispatch confirms your request and whether you are riding with a private driver or using an Uber voucher.

When Election Day comes, you have your driver’s name and vehicle, or your voucher.

If you have not heard back, or your address, phone number or polling place changes, reach dispatch again at 833-603-8683 or update the request at Request Your Free Ride Online.

Three Quick Steps to a Stratham Ride

NH Route 108 and NH Route 33 (Portsmouth Avenue) are Stratham’s main roads, meeting at the Stratham traffic circle, and NH Route 101 crosses the town as a highway. Homes along these routes often sit behind businesses or on short side streets.

If you live off Route 108 or Portsmouth Avenue, give your house number and the side street, not the name of the nearest store. Business landmarks such as the Lindt chocolate factory or Timberland headquarters can help describe where your road is, but they are not pickup spots.

At about 15.5 square miles and 7,669 residents as of 2020, Stratham is compact but spread out. Many neighborhoods are cul-de-sacs off longer roads, so name the road you turn in from.

Routes 108, 33 and 101 and the Stratham Traffic Circle

The Squamscott River forms Stratham’s western border with Exeter and Newfields, and the town sits between the river and Great Bay. The east side drains to the Winnicut River. Homes on River Road and other waterside streets can be tucked down long driveways.

Stratham’s historic villages include Winniconic and Winnicut Mills. If you live in one of these older corners, or near Stratham Hill Park, add a landmark to your request: a mailbox, a stone wall or a sign at the end of the drive.

Because Exeter is right across the river, some navigation apps can confuse addresses near the town line. Make sure your request reads Stratham, NH 03885.

Dispatch confirms coverage for your address when you call, so request early if you live on a private road or a long shared drive.

Have these ready when you call: your house number and road, the road you turn off, whether you are near the river or the Exeter line, one landmark, and a phone number you will answer in the days before the election.

Squamscott River, Great Bay and Stratham’s Back Roads

Someone else can reach dispatch at 833-603-8683 for you: a relative, a caregiver or a neighbor. They should give your name, phone number, pickup address and polling place, and let you know once dispatch confirms.

If a son in Portsmouth is arranging a ride for his mother in Stratham, he should give her Stratham address and a phone number she will pick up, not his own.

When a Family Member Calls for a Stratham Voter

Early that week, make sure your confirmation shows the right pickup address and phone number, and reach dispatch at 833-603-8683 if either is off.

Run the SOS lookup again to be sure your registration and polling place have not changed. Why polling place information changes in New Hampshire explains why this last check is worth doing.

When November 3 arrives, be waiting at the spot you described to dispatch. Coastal fog and early November darkness can make house numbers hard to read, so turn on a light outside.

If your plans change and you no longer need the ride, call 833-603-8683 to cancel so the seat can go to another Stratham voter.
