The voter signs up once, and the Ride to the Polls team takes it from there. The team finds the voter’s polling location, provides the relevant polling hours, and coordinates a white-glove ride to Windham High School and back home, removing the hassle and uncertainty from Election Day transportation.

Two quick checks first: your voter registration and your plan to vote. Both are covered below, along with tips for pickups around Windham and the drop-off at the high school.

What Can One Windham Call Arrange for November 3?

The two free rides open to Windham voters

– Call 833-603-8683 or use Request Your Free Ride Online to give your name, phone number, Windham pickup address and polling place.

– Dispatch confirms your ride and whether it is a private driver or an Uber voucher.

– On November 3, the driver’s name and vehicle, or your voucher, comes to you.

Book as early as you can, so dispatch has time to organize the trip and confirm your pickup details before Election Day.

Keep 833-603-8683 handy after you book. Dispatch uses the contact number on your booking to confirm the ride.

Setting up your Windham ride: three steps

Windham, in Rockingham County, has one polling place for the whole town. The Town of Windham lists it for the November 3, 2026 State General Election as:

Windham High School Auditorium

64 London Bridge Road, Windham, NH 03087

The town also notes that Windham has no wards, so every Windham voter heads to the same school.

Check the official page before you book: confirm your polling place on the New Hampshire Secretary of State Voter Information Lookup and the Town of Windham Voter Information page. Give dispatch the address the official source shows.

Your pickup address matters as much as the polling place. Give dispatch your full street address and a phone number where you can be reached.

If your property has a long driveway, several entrances, separate buildings or shared parking, add a short description of where you will wait. In a condominium development, name your building and entrance rather than just the complex’s main address. In a senior community, name the main entrance or another agreed spot.

Many Windham homes sit around Cobbetts Pond and along the roads off Route 111 and Route 128, where house numbers can be hard to see. A mailbox or other landmark helps.

Do not switch to a new pickup spot on Election Day without calling dispatch first. If your meeting point changes after confirmation, call 833-603-8683.

Getting your Windham pickup right

Windham High School on London Bridge Road is the single destination for every Windham ride. The town’s election calendar names the auditorium as the November 3 voting location.

Check shortly before Election Day that the address still matches the town page and the Secretary of State lookup, since details can be updated.

If your confirmed ride shows a different destination from the official information, call 833-603-8683 rather than asking the driver to change course at pickup.

London Bridge Road on Election Day

A high school campus is larger and busier than a small town hall. Keep the full address with you rather than just the words “Windham High School”, so you and dispatch are talking about the same place.

Follow the Election Day signs when you arrive. The door you used for a school concert or game may not be the voting entrance, since voting access can be arranged differently.

Check the Town of Windham’s election information a few days before November 3 for any local instructions.

Drop-off on a high school campus

Voters 55 and over ride door to door with a trained driver, who waits and then brings you home. Full details are at Door-to-Door Rides to the Polls for New Hampshire Voters 55 and Over.

Give your complete Windham pickup address and any meeting-point detail when you book.

Windham voters 55 and over: a trained driver door to door

Under-55 voters receive a free Uber voucher that covers the trip to Windham High School and the trip back. The details are in Free Uber Vouchers to Vote in New Hampshire: How They Work.

Confirm the London Bridge Road destination before Election Day and keep your voucher information handy.

Windham voters under 55: an Uber voucher both ways

The trip home is part of every ride. Let dispatch know you need it when you book.

Before you leave the house, read the return part of your confirmation. If you need help while you are at the school, or you finish at a different time than you expected, call 833-603-8683.

Heading home from Windham High School

Official polling information always takes priority over an old address, a past election location or something you heard from a neighbor.

Run the Secretary of State lookup before Election Day. If it shows a different location from your booking, call 833-603-8683 so dispatch can update your ride.

When Windham polling information changes

A little preparation saves searching for details at the last minute. Before your ride, have these ready:

Your ride confirmation

The Windham address where you will be waiting

The polling place address

Your phone

The dispatch number, 833-603-8683

Any pickup-point details you gave when booking

If you are meeting the driver outside a large property, wait at the spot you described. If you are using an Uber voucher, read through your voucher details the day before.

Your Windham ride kit

Getting a ride and getting registered are two different errands. Ride to the Polls takes care of transport, while Windham’s Town Clerk and the state take care of the voter checklist.

If you need voter registration information or still need to register, start at Register to Vote. The town’s Voter Information page also points residents to the state lookup to see whether they are registered.

Locally, voter registration is handled at the Town Clerk’s Office in Town Hall, 3 North Lowell Road. Windham’s three elected Supervisors of the Checklist oversee voter registration and keep the town’s checklist up to date.

Your booking is about transport, but your registration is what confirms where you vote. Checking it before you book means the polling place you give dispatch is current.

If you moved within Windham, moved from Salem, Pelham or Derry, or changed your name, check your registration before you finalize your ride. For registration rules, rely on the official state resources and the Register to Vote page.

How your registration shapes your Windham ride

A ride works best as part of a full plan to vote. Before November 3:

Look up your voter registration.

Confirm your polling place on the official lookup.

Save the Windham High School address.

Book your ride early.

Keep 833-603-8683 handy.

Read your confirmation before Election Day.

Be ready at the pickup spot you gave dispatch.

The Plan to Vote tool helps you keep every step in one place.
