This bill amends the Fentanyl Sanctions Act to expand the definition of "foreign opioid trafficker" to include Chinese entities and government officials involved in the production, sale, financing, or transportation of synthetic opioids like fentanyl or their precursors, if they fail to prevent such trafficking. It also requires the Administration to report regularly on using economic powers to address fentanyl-related national emergencies. 1
