The bill lists certain immunizations that are not required for school attendance, including human papillomavirus, COVID-19, or any variant of COVID-19 immunizations, and those with a United States Food and Drug Administration emergency use authorization. However, any immunization required for in-person school attendance must be prescribed through a rule adopted by the director.
