Wisconsin Minnesota Income Tax Reciprocity

Senate Bill 374 requires the Department of Revenue (DOR) to conduct a study on the effects of instituting income tax reciprocity between Wisconsin and Minnesota, in conjunction with the Minnesota Department of Revenue, according to procedures specified in the bill. SB 374 establishes requirements applicable to any income tax reciprocity agreement between Wisconsin and Minnesota, including that it be approved by both the Governor and the Joint Committee on Finance. 1
