A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 14 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A., relating to other educational programs under the "Quality Basic Education Act," so as to prohibit the disclosure of public student directory information to political candidates, campaign committees, political action committees, political organizations, or persons or groups acting on their behalf; to amend Article 15 of Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the O.C.G.A., relating to miscellaneous offenses relative to elections and primaries; to amend Article 1 of Chapter 5 of Title 21 of the O.C.G.A., relating to general provisions for government transparency and campaign finance; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.1
