Andy Biggs is committed to keeping utility prices affordable for Arizona families, farmers, and businesses. He believes energy providers should prioritize reliability and fair rates, not costly policies that drive prices higher.

water
Andy supports protecting Arizona’s water supply through responsible, locally driven regulation. He backed giving the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality greater authority to manage underground injection wells—allowing faster oversight while still meeting federal safety standards.
Stronger
communities
Andy believes strong communities start with pro-growth leadership. By supporting innovation and smart infrastructure, he’s focused on building a stronger future for the Phoenix Valley and all of Arizona.
