Foreign Physician Licensing Act

It allows the Board of Medical Examiners to grant a limited license to foreign-trained doctors who hold an unrestricted medical license from a foreign country, have completed postgrad training or practiced medicine within the past five years, pass required examinations, and meet some qualifications such as English proficiency and good moral character.1
