Juvenile Neurobehavioral Treatment Expansion Act

This bill expands a juvenile court treatment program, previously limited to children with autism, to include those diagnosed with or suspected of having neurobehavioral disorders from prenatal exposure to alcohol or drugs. Eligible children accused of delinquency may be assigned to the program, including completion terms, supervision, and regular progress reports. 1
