Cannabis Regulation Modernization Act

This bill updates Nevada’s cannabis laws to make packaging and rules clearer and more efficient. It lets the Cannabis Compliance Board stop sales if there’s a serious health risk, and simplifies what labels must include. It also sets limits on THC and package sizes and cleans up confusing or outdated legal language.1
