Prohibitiing Health Care Liscencing Boards for Disciplining a Person for Providing an Abortion

It also prohibits the Governor from surrendering or issuing an arrest warrant for a person in Nevada who is charged in another state for a criminal violation related to reproductive health care services, unless the acts would also be a crime in Nevada. Additionally, the bill restricts state agencies from assisting with investigations or proceedings initiated in other states related to the provision of reproductive health care services that are legal in Nevada. Finally, the bill requires health care licensing boards to examine the feasibility of providing reciprocal licensing for health care providers who offer reproductive health care services in other states, in order to facilitate the provision of such services to people from out of state seeking them in Nevada.1
